Police responded to the call at 3:30am in the 100 block of Verplanck Street in Buffalo, NY. Detectives say a 23 year old Buffalo male was struck by gunfire during some type of domestic dispute.The 23 year old was transported to ECMC where he's listed in fair condition. The other person involved in the incident, 20 year old Joshua Adorno of Buffalo, has been charged with 1st degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of cocaine.
