Buffalo Police have arrested a man in connection with a homicide that occurred on West Avenue on Monday.
37-year-old Peter Isaacs is charged with 2nd Degree Murder following an incident where he strangled Preston German, 46 of Buffalo.
Detectives say German's body was found inside of a vacant structure just before 10 a.m. on Monday.
Isaacs was arraigned this morning in Buffalo City Court.
