The Erie County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in a Wednesday night shooting in Collins that left a man dead.
Investigators have charged Brandon White, 32 of Collins, with first-degree manslaughter.
According to deputies, White shot Anthony Chipman, 46, of Gowanda around 7:30 p.m. inside a mobile home at 14725 Bagdad Road.
When deputies arrived, they say White was standing in the doorway. He was taken into custody without incident.
They also found a gun near the scene of the shooting.
White is locked up at the Erie County Holding Center.
Investigators have not released a motive.
