Town of Amherst Police have arrested the Buffalo man they have been looking for ever since an incident Friday that prompted a school lockout.

Brandon Wallace, 29-years-old, is facing weapons charges and is being held for arraignment.

On Friday, lockout procedures were initiated at Sweet Home Central schools because of reports of "shots fired" on Commerce Drive.  No injuries were reported.

Police released a picture of the suspect, and credit the arrest in part to tips received from the public.
