Man who held up 7-11 in Niagara Falls arrested

Police have arrested one of two suspects wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Niagara Falls.

Police say a man and a woman entered the 7-Eleven store on Hyde Park Boulevard back on January 6th. The woman stood by the door to watch for customers, while the man approached the clerk, pulled out a gun and demanded money and cigarettes.

Police arrested the male suspect Tuesday, identified as 26-year-old Matthew Humphrey, He's now facing a felony robbery charge. In an unrelated domestic violence incident, Humphrey is also charged with violating probation, second degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child.

The female suspect is still on the loose.
