It's been five years since the Buffalo Zoo announced plans to develop a new polar bear exhibit and it's finally ready for its big debut.
Western New Yorkers donated a big chunk of the $18 million needed to complete the Arctic Edge exhibit, which features a polar bear den you can actually walk through.
What else is there? Besides star and hometown hero Luna the polar bear, there will also be gray wolves, lynx and bald eagles.
And not only will the exhibit offer visitors a more interactive experience, it gives the animals a more "natural" feeling habitat.
