Arrest made in Buffalo shooting

Buffalo police have made an arrest in a Sunday morning shooting, and 7 Eyewitness news is learning new information from investigators.

25-year-old Darryl Rollins is charged with attempted murder and assault in the 1st degree. Police say that Rollins went to a home on Krupp Street Sunday, saw that his brother committed suicide and then shot the neighbor because he was upset.

Detectives say the 47-year-old neighbor remains in serious condition at ECMC.
