Kids enjoyed an “egg-stra” special guest at the Buffalo Zoo on Saturday. The Easter bunny was on hand for the annual "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny." Visitors could enjoy a buffet breakfast and a picture with the guest of honor.
Dozens of kids attended the event.
Organizers said it was about more than just meeting the Easter bunny. “It’s great that they get to take their picture with the big guy. But, also learn some interesting facts about our real live animals we have here at the zoo. So, it's a fun, educational experience all at the same time,” said Buffalo Zoo Spokesman, Christian Dobosiewicz.
If you missed the event, “Breakfast with the Easter Bunny” will once again take place at the Buffalo Zoo Sunday, April 9, and next Saturday, April 15.
