Two Town of Hinsdale residents have been arrested after an animal cruelty investigation of four horses by Cattaraugus County Sheriffs.
Andrew Filer, 55, and Linda Hawkins, 43, of the Town of Hinsdale have been arrested and charged with failure to provide adequate food and care to a confined animal.
Both will appear in Hinsdale Town Court at a later date.
