An Amherst man has died after being pulled from an apartment in Eggertsville the morning of Tuesday, April 11th.
The fire broke out shortly after 11am on the second floor of a two story apartment building on Millersport Highway between Cedar and Arcade Avenues.
46-year old Mahfoz M. Shaban Jr. died after being rushed to ECMC.
