An Amber Alert has been canceled for a newborn baby girl in the Finger Lakes regions.
According to the Schuyler County Sheriff's Office, 15-day-old Gionna Harter was abducted early Thursday morning by her mother, Katrina Harter, from an address in Montour Falls, New York.
