Scott Meyer, 23 of Alden was arrested after fleeing from a traffic stop on Friday morning.
Meyer was pulled over by deputies for vehicle and traffic violations at 2:50 a.m. on Main Street, in the Town of Clarence. Officials report, during the stop, He fled the scene on foot.
The foot pursuit ended when deputies detained Meyer at 3:35 a.m. and took him into custody. He faces a felony DWI, with a prior conviction and a felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation.
Deputies found his driver's license was revoked as part of a probation agreement.
Meyer received a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest as well. He was transported to the Erie County Holding Center where he is being held until his arraignment.
