A drug raid in the Village of Alden netted a suspect, four pounds of marijuana and nearly $4,000 in cash.
Deputies with the Erie County Sheriff's Office arrested 28-year-old Joseph Jurek Friday morning following a two-month long investigation.
Detectives raided Jurek's Exchange Street home around 7:30 a.m. and charged him with a felony count of Criminal Possession of Marijuana.
Jurek also faces one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Deputies say his 1-month-old child was in the apartment at the time of the arrest.
