New York State Police say 90-year-old Roger Saile died in his home after a house fire in the Town of Batavia early Saturday morning.
The fire started around 5:25 a.m. at 8056 State Highway 98. When fire crews arrived the home was fully involved on one side.
With the assistance of the Batavia Fire Company, crews found Saile deceased.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
