The eight-year-old who was shot in August has been taken off of life support and is making slow progress.
Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo announced today that Donnell Bibbes' condition was upgraded to serious/stable.
Bibbes has been listed in critical condition since he was brought into the hospital on August 26.
