A West Seneca man faces up to 20 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.
The charges date back to 2013, when prosecutors say 71-year-old Joseph Heleniak stored images of child porn on his AOL email account after obtaining them over the internet. Heleniak had previously been convicted of child pornography in 2005 and sentenced to 30 months in prison.
Sentencing is scheduled for August 19, 2016.
