A 70-year-old woman was crossing Forest Avenue when she was hit by a 2004 Chevy Silverado.
Officials say she appeared to have a broken arm and leg injuries.
The pickup truck was making a left turn off 19th Street onto Forest Avenue.
The 54-year-old Niagara Falls man who was driving the vehicle, remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
The woman was taken to ECMC.
The Niagara Falls Crash Management Team responded to the accident on September 19th at 3:45 p.m.
The investigation is ongoing.
