A woman who was ejected from her vehicle during a Christmas Day crash remains in in critical condition.
The accident happened around 4:30 p.m. on Big Tree Road in the Town of Wales. Deputies say the 70-year-old driver went off the road, where her vehicle flipped. She was ejected and her car started on fire.
The driver was flown to ECMC by Mercy Flight where she remains in critical condition.
She had her dog in the vehicle, which deputies say was shaken but uninjured. It has been turned over to the Holland Dog Control Officer for further evaluation.
