Saturday is the official start of fall and Oktoberfests across Western New York will be ramping up. But if you're looking for a better way to breathe in that cool fresh autumn air, we've got an event for you that is four paws up!

Paws in the Park

It's an event that you and your best friend can enjoy for a good cause. Paws in the Park will be held at Beaver Island State Park Saturday on Grand Island. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. The walk will take place at 10 a.m. Our own 7 Eyewitness News Anchor Keith Radford will be there. Proceeds will go toward helping the SPCA.

Summer Sendoff

Why not say goodbye to summer while down by the waters of Lake Erie. Sasi will be holding their first ever Summer Sendoff Saturday. This non-for-profit organization helps individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities transform their lives through opportunities. Plenty of food trucks, as well as raffles and prizes, will be on hand. The event will be held at the Mayfield Grounds located at 7200 Lakeshore Road in Derby. Click here for more information.

Ball Park Brew Bash at Coca-Cola Field

The Bisons are done for the year. But that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a cold one down at Coca-Cola Field Friday. More than 50 breweries from across the world will be on hand serving up some cold refreshing brews. Tickets are available at Consumer's Beverages locations in the area. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Kegs get tabbed at 6 p.m.

Borderland Festival

John Oates, Sam Roberts Band, The Revivalists and so many more great bands will be rocking Knox Farm State Park in East Aurora this weekend. This two-day festival will also feature some great food and local craft beer. For a complete lineup and ticket information, you can click here.

Chalkfest Buffalo

We may be more than a month away from this popular treat. But the Buffalo Riverworks area will be filled Halloween themed chalk drawings for this year's Buffalo Chalkfest. The event runs both Saturday and Sunday and is free to the public.

Oinktoberfest

There's Oktoberfest, and then there's Oinktoberfest. There'll be plenty of finger-lickin' BBQ foods to choose from in Clarence Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Gates open at 5 p.m. Friday. It costs $8 to get in Saturday and Sunday. While you're there, check out the Great Pumpkin Farm. For a schedule of events, click here.

Fall Zoo Brew

Enjoy everything the Buffalo Zoo has to offer at this year's Fall Zoo Brew. Even the zoo's residents will get in on some of the fun. Happy hour starts at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets cost $20
