The best time of the year is upon us.

Ellicottville Fall Festival
Enjoy the fall foliage in one of Western New York's most beloved towns. This fall festival features unique rides, food live music and more. The festival runs Saturday and Sunday. Click here for a schedule of events.
Allentown Fall Festival
The fall festival is a little closer to home for those who don't want to take the trip. You'll be taking a trip into the past at this event. There will be hayrides, a petting zoo and live entertainment at the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural Site. The vent runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
Ghost Hunt Buffalo Naval Park
Here's an event for souls who are brave enough to encounter the paranormal. Walk the docked USS Little Rock and USS The Sullivans ships with a professional psychic Friday and Saturday night. Ticketscost $25 per person Friday night (7-8:30 p.m.) and $20 Saturday night (6-7:30 p.m.).
Larkinville Ghost Walks
This ghost walk is filled with hidden mysteries. Learn about the local ghosts who haunt the newly revitalized district with world-famous Spiritualist mediums. This tour starts at Hydraulic Hearth. Tickets cost $15 for adults, $10 for kids between the ages of 7 and 11. This ghost walk happens Friday at 7 p.m.
KidaBOO
Halloween may be weeks away. But that doesn't mean you can experience the taste and treats this 'holiday' has to offer. Dress up in costumes and watch a magic show, play games and get some Halloween treats Sunday at Buffalo Riverworks. Proceeds will go towards helping the John R. Oishei Children's Hospital. Tickets cost $10 per person. KidaBOO runs from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The Music of Tom Petty
Hard to believe it's been a year since this music legend passed away. You can relive his great work at Kleinhans Music Hall this Friday with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. Tickets start at $39. The concert starts at 8 p.m.
Buffalo Maritime Heritage Festival
Sail into the weekend and check out antique boats located at the historic Col. Ward Pumping Station. Who can't resist food trucks and model boat races! The Buffalo Maritime Festival will happen Saturday and Sunday. Tickets cost $10. For a full schedule of events click here.
