Police say a Concord woman was driving drunk with about $400 of stolen groceries in her car when she was involved in a hit and run in the parking lot of the Springville Walmart.

Erie County Sheriff's deputies were called to the Walmart parking lot around 6:45 p.m. July 3rd.  They say 33-year-old Erica Dainotto got into a crash there, then left the scene.  Dainotto was later found in a parking lot on Woodward Avenue, and when police searched her car they say they found alcohol, fireworks, kitty litter, rolls, a sub and chips, which had all been stolen from the Springville Walmart.  Police say there is security video of her leaving the store without paying..  They also say they smelled alcohol on her breath, and that she had a BAC higher than the legal limit.

Dainotto is charged with DWI, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property, among other things.  She was taken to the Erie County Holding Center.
