The 32nd annual Scottish Festival in Amherst will host the Masters World Championship Highland Games for the first time.
More than 130 athletes from ten different countries across the world will compete in Highland Games at the Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village.
Competitors from as far away as Japan are taking part in the three-day festival, participating in events like the caber toss.
There will also be food vendors, musical acts and family fun events. It goes through August 21st.
