Three people have been sent to the hospital after a two-car crash in the Town of Wales.
New York State Police responded to the accident on Route 20A near Two Rod Rd. around 1:30pm on Wednesday. Police say it appears that one vehicle crossed the center line, colliding head-on with the second vehicle.
The driver of one of the vehicles briefly lost consciousness after the crash while two others suffered from minor injuries. All three people were taken to ECMC by ambulance.
Mercy Flight was originally called to the scene but the helicopter was not able to fly due to the weather.
