U.S. Marshals are on the hunt for a murder suspect after a double shooting in North Tonawanda earlier this year.

Police say 39-year-old Dominick Cruz is a fugitive wanted in connection with a deadly parking lot shooting back in January. Mark Sternin, 25, and Tyler Sadauskas, 24, were both shot; Sternin later died from his injuries.

Authorities cornered Cruz at his workplace but he was tipped off and escaped out a side door. Police now believe he may be out of state.

Cruz has a long criminal background and is now wanted by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office on murder, attempted murder, assault and weapons possession charges.

A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading directly to the fugitive's arrest.
