Spring it On is the largest online donation give-a-thon supporting nearly 250 organizations in Niagara and Erie counties. It starts Thursday at 8 a.m. and runs to 8 a.m. Friday.

The 24-hour push will support community organizations like Homespace, United Way, Buffalo Inner City Ballet and more.

The initiative was created by United Way of Buffalo and Erie County. Each organization has created a donation page and a profile for you to view.

Homespace operates a group home and independent apartments for young at-risk women between the ages of 14 and 21. The young women are often expecting mothers or mothers.

"The girls in our group home come in through the foster care system. What we do is try to link them up with different programs to learn how to become independent and self-sufficient," said Kelly Curry the program support specialist.

You can donate directly to Homespace here or visit their homepage and choose another organization.
