The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office responded to a suspicious situation on Sheldon Hall Road in the Town of Ellery on Thursday.
Deputies say they found an 18-year-old woman driving a car while intoxicated.
Officials say she was taken into custody and released with traffic tickets. She was charged with DWI and DWI with a blood alcohol content of .08% or greater.
