10 cats are now in the hands of the Niagara County SPCA after investigators raided a home in Royalton Monday.
The SPCA conducted the raid after receiving a tip about the deplorable condition the home was in.
When they arrived at the scene, investigators say there were large amounts of urine and feces scattered throughout the home. Kitchen countertops had over a foot of feces built up on them.
Right now, no charges have been filed because the cats did not have any medical problems or issues.
