Mary Beth Wrobel joined the WKBW 7 Weather team as a meteorologist in July 2022 and will be the weather anchor at Noon and 5pm Monday through Friday.
She is a native of Western New York and has always had an interest in lake effect snow storms, blizzards and severe weather.
She earned a BS in Meteorology from SUNY Brockport and a BS in Communications/Media from SUNY Fredonia.
She has worked at WIVB, WGRZ, KSDK in St. Louis, WFMY in Greensboro, NC and WROC in Rochester.
Mary Beth is a full member of the American Meteorological Society, holding the Television Seal of Approval for Broadcasting. She enjoys singing, working out, concerts and movies.
