Glitter Beer: Add shimmer to your lager!

Glitter Beer, anyone? 

Sato Brewpub, located on 110 Pear Street in Buffalo, is adding some sparkle and shine to local brews. 

• The "Brewnicorn" is a glitter IPA.
• The “Gold’s Lager” is a Shimbo Rice Lager on glitter.
• The “Peppy Hare” is their Rabbit in the Moon Table Beer on glitter.

According to Brewmaster Andrew Hardin, the decision to create the glitter beer started as a challenge.

"We were talking to a bunch of brewers in town, kind of getting a laugh and a chuckle about it. And I was like 'Oh yeah, I can do that' and everyone's like 'Okay yeah, sure sure.' Really funny. And I was like 'Alright, here hold my beer, here I go'".

Unfortunately, the Glitter Beer is not here to stay. Hardin says Sato has about a barrel and a half left, and when it's gone, it's gone.
