NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Niagara County Sheriff's Office is searching for a convicted rapist on the run.
Deputies say 57-year-old Dale A. Dulac, a Level 3 Sex Offender, has absconded from parole. He's described as a white male, bald with blue eyes and multiple tattoos.
In the early 1990's Dulac was convicted of raping two women in Niagara Falls and Akron. The attacks happened in the space of two hours. Dulac was then sentenced to more than 20 years in prison.
