It's the 10th year William Mattar is presenting the William Mattar Safe & Sober New Year's Eve program through their sponsorship of Designated Drivers of Buffalo. On New Year's Eve, from Midnight-4AM, anyone celebrating in downtown Buffalo can contact Designated Drivers of Buffalo to get a free ride home for both themselves and their car, and the ride is provided by William Mattar!
