Jason Lee, founder and CEO of dailypay says what they are seeing from their prospective, after talking with top employers across the country, is that there is this very burning desire and intense focus on continuing to invest in the employee experience. Employers are going to be focused on what types of benefits they should be offering, what types of programs or policies will make employees most comfortable coming back into the workplace.
How does dailypay work? Jason Lee says they have some technology that employers use to enable their employees to access whatever they earned whenever they want. He goes on to say some people are paid every two weeks or once a month and the reality is we made have needs in between pay periods and in between paychecks they offer an app where people can just control exactly what they have made and access it. This enables to the employee to control their financial destiny which then helps the employer have a much more consistent workforce.
