Susan Makai is joining us to talk about the 30th Anniversary of Personal Best that will be celebrated at the annual Holiday Luncheon and Fashion show at Salvatore's Italian Gardens. The luncheon includes a fashion show and charity auction and part of the proceeds will benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
