While much of our beer is unique and experimental, we hold ourselves to the highest quality standards.
We don’t send something out to the market unless we’re confident it’s as good as we can get it.
Our brewers are trained professionals with a passion for the craft, and we hold monthly trainings to make sure each member of our staff – from the guy who sweeps the floors to the taproom manager and everyone in between – knows what we’re offering inside and out.
We give official tours of our brewery, which anyone can book, to get the full picture of what we do.
But even unofficially, we are always happy to talk about what we do when you’re not around, to make the delicious beer you enjoy when you are.
