The annual Puerto Rican and Hispanic Day Parade of WNY is coming up. Some events include the traditional raising of the American flag and then the raising of the Puerto Rican flag on August 9th, which signifies the beginning of the parade. The parade will then be on Saturday, August 18th and then there will be free concerts and events in LaSalle Park on both Saturday and Sunday, which will include famous singing sensation Domingo Quinones.
