The historic Mayer Brothers Cider Mill and Bakery is now open for their 168th season at the corner of Seneca Creek and Transit Roads in West Seneca. Mayer Brothers Cider Mill and Bakery is open every day from 6am to 8pm through Thanksgiving.
Thousands of customers come to the historic Cider Mill & Bakery to get their fresh-pressed apple cider. Garrett Mayer, president Mayer Brother Cider Mill says they select up to 18 varieties of apples and blend them together and flash-pasteurize all their product to make sure there are no pathogens and what you are getting is the freshest you can get.
