JoAnna Jacob from the American Cancer Society and Lauren Paddock from Paddock Chevrolet are here to talk about Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Since 1989 breast cancer death rates have declined 38% because of the work that organizations like the American Cancer Society are putting forth, and it's because women and men are taking control of their health. The awareness continues next weekend because Paddock Chevrolet is sponsoring the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event next weekend at Canalside. There will be a 5K run and also a walk for volunteers to raise money for breast cancer.
