Oct 15th - Dec 7th is the time when you should be looking at your plan and making your decision as to what to select for next year. Even if you don't want to make any changes, you should review your plan just to be sure it's still what you need. Things can change, and you want to be sure you have coverage. Do you have any new health changes, new prescriptions, new doctors, new providers? If you have questions, call your insurer and be sure to have that information handy. Everyone will be getting a new Medicare card in 2019 that will no longer show your social security number, so watch out for that. Also, there have been changes with Medicare Part D. Medicare beneficiaries are getting a little more coverage with this plan, so it's important that you know what the changes are.
