Taste and See has partnered with the Independent Health Foundation’s Healthy Options Program to bring you fresh recipes and delicious, diet-conscious dishes.
Healthy Options Buffalo is a not-for-profit that helps Western New Yorkers make healthy decisions, whether eating in or dining out. Check out what was cooking at the Erie County Fair. Fair-goers were able to choose from 26 participating food vendors with 34 healthy menu items.
