Mercedes Wilson is with Matt, The Cheesecake Guy and she says cheesecake is one of her favorite deserts. Today she is trying the Not Your Mother’s Peanut Butter and Jelly cheesecake. Mercedes says you can taste the peanut butter, it is so rich and then the salt of the chips it is so delicious.
