Fighting COVID-19 with fitness

There’s no surprise that losing weight and being fit is a powerful force against COVID-19, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and the list goes on. A recent study in USA Today this month, shows the cities that had healthier people did better with warding off COVID 19 and not getting sick. Buffalo, New York moved up the ranks compared to 2019 of having more people who were healthier and exercising. Robbie says what’s stopping you if you haven’t started. She said it takes 20 days to make or break a habit and when you start exercising and eating right it like a muscle. The more you do it the easier it is. How do you start? Robbie Raugh says you just start. You do it for your health and then feeling and looking great is an added bonus.
