Dance is a great way to keep in shape and to meet other people and stay socially active.

Queen City Contra Dance invites people of any age and families to participate at the Universalist Church of Buffalo. Contra is a mix of folk and square dance and has a live band providing music.

Sarah Haykel, salsa dance, instructor and life coach. Host Salsa in the Park at the Rose Garden in Delaware Park every Monday night in summer.

Now in its 25th year of publishing, Forever Young is Western New York’s oldest senior publication. The only full color senior publication in Western New York, Forever Young has stayed true to the interests and concerns of Western New Yorkers over 50.
