The Center for Elder Law and Justice provides free kinship care legal services for relative caregivers in Erie and Niagara counties. Attorney David Shapiro joined us with his client Anthony Rich to talk about the services provided. Clients are at or below 200% of the federal poverty level, often on a fixed income, and may also be caring for other family members, such as their parents.
