Every day they prepare their menu fresh from scratch with all of the recipes derived from traditional Hispanic cookbooks from various regions of Mexico. They then fuse them with non-traditional Hispanic ideas such as Tex-Mex and other American fare to create a unique style of Mexican cuisine like no other in Western New York.
