The Amberleigh is hosting a Food Truck Event on Monday, August 1, from 4:30–7:30 pm to benefit The Teacher’s Desk.
The Mark Weber Trio will be performing and Chef’, Cruisin’ Crepes, Buffalo’s Best Grill Truck, The Great Foodini and Andersons will be on hand at their front entrance. 10% of all food truck sales will go to benefit The Teacher’s Desk a non-profit organization that gives schools supplies free of charge to teachers who teach students from impoverished neighborhoods from Niagara Falls to Jamestown. The Amberleigh will also be collecting new school supplies throughout the month of August at the reception desk for The Teacher Desk to fill the school bus parked at the entrance to their community.
In addition, for every $10.00 donated to The Teacher's Desk at this event donors will receive a 22 piece stainless steel barbeque set FREE of charge (while supplies last) and the $10.00 donation will be used to purchase $1,000 in school supplies from Staples. It's a win/win for everybody, especially the students who will received these school supplies from The Teacher's Desk.
