Today our Buffalo Strong story highlights some terrific people from right here in Western New York. For 14 years Diane Ernst has been an assistant cook for the Akron school district. It’s a job she loves to do. She is one of many food service workers. The schools are closed temporarily but feeding students and the community doesn’t stop.
