Saturday's weather should be great for the 21st Annual Kidz N' Kites event happening through the Niagara County Department of Social Services. Registration is at 11AM and each child will get a free kite, free hot dog lunch and a free t-shirt. There will be plenty of activities for children and the kites will be in the air from 12-2PM.
