If you get bad migraines, you probably know certain food can be triggers. A new study found the debilitating headaches could be caused by high amounts of mouth bacteria breaking down nitrates from food.
Researchers say the best way to avoid migraines is to limit eating many foods with high levels of nitrates. That includes hot dogs, lunch meat, and bacon.
