One man is now being treated and checked out at Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.
According to police, the man, who has not been identified, locked himself in the house on South 7th Street and wouldn't come out. Lewiston Police say the man had knives and wasn't cooperating.
The SWAT team had to step in and get him out.
No one was hurt.
There is no word on any charges.
