The suspect in a deadly double shooting in North Tonawanda is due back in court later Wednesday afternoon.

Police say Andre Jenkins shot and killed Paul Maue, 38, and Daniel "DJ" Szymanski, 31, while they sat in a parked car outside the Kingsmen Motorcycle Club on Oliver Street on September 6. Maue and Szymanski were members of the club, but not the local chapter.

Jenkins was arrested in Georgia last month, and sent back to New York. He was arraigned in Niagara County Court, where he pleaded not guilty to one count of first degree murder, two counts of second degree murder and second degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Law enforcement officials are remaining tightlipped about this case, but say federal authorities were searching the side of Rt. 219 a few months ago for crews related to the double homicide.

Jenkins violent past was revealed in court. He served 18 years in jail for criminal acts in South Dakota.
